  2. Energy Balancing: Once the assessment is complete, the practitioner will use various techniques to clear, balance, re-energise and restore the flow of the energy within your body. This can involve gentle touch on the body or techniques that work in the energy field off the body. During this time there are many techniques which can be incorporated to target specific physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual concerns.

  3. Relaxation: Healing Touch is a deeply relaxing therapy, and you may feel a sense of calm or tranquillity during the session. Many people report clarity of mind, like a fog is lifted, or even falling asleep during their session.

  4. Sensations: You may feel sensations during the session, such as warmth, tingling, or a sense of pressure. These are normal and indicate that energy is flowing through your body.

  5. Follow-up: After the session, the practitioner may give you some suggestions for self-care or follow-up sessions. It is important to drink plenty of water and rest after the session to allow your body to integrate the energy work.
