If you receive a faulty or defective product or your item is incorrect or damaged, please take a photo and let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we will offer you a replacement or full refund.

Due to the nature of the products that we sell we cannot offer exchanges and we do not offer returns on change of mind. Please ensure you read all the information and disclaimers about the products before purchasing.

Whether you are pre-conception, currently pregnant, postpartum or a partner who loves to be involved, please be aware that we are not medical doctors, and it is your responsibility to make informed decisions about the products and services you are using. We include as much information about the products we stock, including ingredients, allergens, and a detailed product description. This does not substitute for medical advice. Shipping information:

  • We post from Brisbane, QLD.
  • Our shipping is a flat rate of $10 and free for orders over $100. This is valid for Australian orders only.
  • We will pack your order within three business days of payment received. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of being packed. You should receive your package within 5-10 business days, depending on where you live.
  • You will receive an order confirmation, shipping confirmation and a tracking number for your package.
  • During public holidays, the Christmas period or special events such as Mother’s Day, please allow additional time for packing and shipping, noting that couriers will likely be busier during this period. We kindly request that you place your order well in advance and remain patient, as we assure you that we are making every effort to provide the best service possible.
  • Your package will be shipped to the address you provide. Once we have dispatched your package, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, damages, or loss of goods caused by the third-party delivery service. However, we will make every attempt to resolve any such issues if they arise.
